Can I shop here if I'm under 18?
You must be at least 18 years of age to order from TWIXXT. We will never knowingly ship an order to any person under 18. By use of this site you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.
How will the billing/charge information appear on my bank statement?
The charge will appear simply as SP * TWX COM or TWX COM
Will the packaging be discreet?
We always use discreet packaging with no reference to TWIXXT. Your package will have no reference to its contents. All of our packages are either plain brown boxes or opaque padded envelopes. Our return address is also unidentifiable, using the name 'Shipping Department'
Why do you need my email and phone number?
It is very important for you to provide the correct information for a couple of reasons. First and foremost let us reassure you that we do not share this information with anyone unless it directly relates to your order. A correct email address is necessary for you to receive any updates and/or tracking information regarding your order. A correct phone number is necessary when information regarding your order needs to be clarified, most often the shipping address. Also, occasionally, we receive an order which requires additional information to be confirmed by the purchaser in order for it to ship. We generally choose to email our customers realizing that you may not want to discuss your order over the phone, however, if we do need to call you it is only out of necessity. Rest assured that the conversation will be as discreet as possible with no direct reference made to the items in your order.
Where do you ship?
Everywhere in the US. We’re working on taking TWIXXT global, so tag us @shopTWIXXT to let us know where you live.
How fast can I get my order and how much does it cost to ship?
TWIXXT is pleased to offer $5 flat rate shipping for all orders and free shipping for all orders over $75.
Provided the item you purchased is in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 48 hours. Large orders may take slightly more time to process. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day.
All orders will ship using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. The average shipment time is 5-9 days. If we are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, it could take 11 to 15 days. Please note: Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not from the time you place your order.
How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping from our warehouse. You can find these tracking numbers in your shipment confirmation email as well as in your order history on twixxt.com. It may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. While your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide information about your package for 48 hours.
Ordering & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com as soon as possible. We can't guarantee we will be able to cancel the order as there are many moving parts to our ordering & shipping systems and it's not always possible to interrupt the flow once it starts. We will try our best to accommodate you but once you click on "submit order" during checkout, our processing and shipping protocols begin.
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Take a look through our return policy to make sure your order qualifies for a return
What if the product I ordered is defective?
If your purchase is damaged or defective, we can grant an exchange within 30 days. Defective products will be returned at the buyer’s expense with all original parts and packaging. As such, we encourage you to email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure your item qualifies for an exchange before you mail the product back.
Can I get another charger for my toy?
Unfortunately we do not carry replacement chargers for rechargeable toys. For a replacement, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Am I allergic to anything in this product?
For lubricants, body care products and consumable goods, all ingredients are listed on the product page. Please read and review carefully. TWIXXT is not liable for any negative reactions to the products in our shop.
How do I use my new toy?
Please research your toy and its proper use before purchase. TWIXXT is not liable for the misuse of any product resulting in medical injury. If you share your toys with partners, make sure to clean them regularly or use them with condoms to reduce the likelihood of STI transmission.
